I live in Canada. How can I order a SeatSnug? Orders placed from or shipped to Canada must be placed with our Canadian distrubutor.
Is my credit card information safe? Online purchases are processed by Authorize.net. Learn more about our our secure shopping.
Do you charge sales tax? Currently we do not collect any state sale taxes. Any incurred tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
How do I check the status of my order? You can check the status of your order any time on our check order status page. You will need to enter your Transaction ID and the email address used when placing the order.
When will my order ship? Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday.
What types of shipping do you offer? What are your shipping fees? We ship using the following methods:
- USPS First Class. 2-9 business days. FREE!
- UPS 2nd Day: 2-3 business days. Delivery tracking number available. $19.00
- UPS Ground: 3-5 business days. Delivery tracking number available. $6
- Priority Mail (for PO Boxes only): 7-10 business days. $2.76
